Privacy Policy - the basics
Introduction
KaPree Distribution Group, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our,” “Company”) is the owner of the KaPree International™ brand and underlying platform (“Platform”). The Platform is licensed to and operated by Central Logistics Co, LLC, doing business as CLC (“CLC”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, transfer, and safeguard information when you interact with our Platform, products, services, and related tools.
This Privacy Policy applies to information collected online through the Platform and associated digital properties, as well as offline interactions where personal information is obtained in connection with our services.
By accessing or using the Platform or otherwise providing information to us, you consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

We do not collect sensitive personal information unless specifically required and with consent. “Sensitive personal information” for purposes of Tennessee law includes data such as racial/ethnic origin, health information, biometric IDs, precise geolocation data, or citizenship/immigration details, and requires opt-in consent if collected or processed.

We use the information we collect to:

Operate dispatch, tracking, and logistics coordination

How to exercise your rights
Submit a verified request to our designated privacy contact (see Section 11). We will respond within 45 days of receipt. We may extend one time by another 45 days with notice. If your request is denied, you will receive a written explanation and appeal instructions.
